AYDEE SUAREZ CASTIBLANCO graduated with a tourism degree in Tourism Administration at the Caribbean University, in Monteria, Colombia. She then graduated with the Airline Management & Tourism Agencies degree at UNITEC University- Bogota, Colombia. Aydeé is based at Bogota, with more than 23 years of experience in the travel industry. She has a long career working for recognized airlines and in one of the most important travel agencies in the country. Within her experience stands out Copa Airlines in the sales, commercial departments and revenue management, she also worked for Avianca and Aires in the sales and work area at the travel agency Tierra Mar Aire, BTC (Business Travel Center Office), focused on Virtuoso, Corporate and MICE segments.
With its extensive network of contacts and knowledge about the tourism industry, Aydeé has developed excellent and successful business relationships with industry trade. media experts and opinion leaders in Latin America. Skilled in strategic marketing and sales planning, brand / product development, commercial networking, lead generation and MICE knowledge, event planning, Live Marketing and digital / social media campaigns.
Over 8 years of experience working with DMOs such as ATB, Anguilla Tourist Board, St. Maarten Tourist Bureau, Discover Puerto Rico, LVCVA, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, New York & Company Travel Nevada, Quito Turismo and Visit Dubai, in addition developing tourism products such as; Simon Shopping Destinations, IPW, Mabrian and Selina Hotels.
Aydeé had conducted more than 1200 training seminars, 40 sales missions, 250 events,10 press conference, 60 fam trips as well as organizing and attending ANATO trade show for the last 9 years.
Aydee is a passionate and enthusiastic businesswoman, who with her charisma, discipline and professionalism has built her own personal stamp in the region.

JAIRO RAMIREZ Graduated with a BS in Finance and Economics from Kean University-USA. He has more than 15 years of experience C Level Positions, managerial and sales areas of the tourism and service Industry in Colombia, the United States and other Latin American countries.
Jairo Served as a Latin America Director for Brickell Travel Management (2018-2020) Where he led multicultural teams in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. His 15+ years of experience in the Tourism industry included Positions in Aviareps, Colaereo and Meyer. After careful consideration Jairo Decided to partner up with the most talented business Colleges to open AJL Reps. AJL Reps is a representation Company with Presence in New York and Bogota who revolutionized the trade industry in Latin America.

Mendoza served as BSE Global / Brooklyn Nets Director of Global Tourism Development, making her the first full-time tourism expert hired by a professional sports team in the U.S.A. during her tenure with the organization (2017-2019), she led the tourism marketing and sales initiatives which led for the Brooklyn Nets to more than triple revenue growth in sales from the global travel trade.
Luisa’s 20+ years of experience in the tourism industry also included leadership sales and marketing roles at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center, Marriott International, Silverstein Properties and NYC & Company, New York City’s Official Marketing & Tourism Office.
At just four years-old, Mendoza’s parents sacrificed everything and migrated from Colombia to the United States to give her a better life. Mendoza’s humble beginnings are a constant reminder that no matter your background, race, or socioeconomic status, anything is possible if you have the courage, passion and grit to follow your dreams. Mendoza’s goal is to leave a legacy where she can provide hope and inspiration to women, minorities and children around the world.
